Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

General Policy

All items must be returned within 30 days and be in new, unused condition, including all packaging contents. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned orders. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as blem), discontinued, or custom-engraved / laser-etched items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be returned at the sender’s expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. All returns require a Ballistic Advantage-issued RMA number.


Cancellation Requests

Due to rapid order processing, we are unable to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.


Return Windows

Returns (Up to 30 Days)

Returns made within 30 days, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on used, blemished, discontinued, or custom-engraved / laser-etched items.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing of approved refunds.

RMA Number Requirement

All returns must include a Ballistic Advantage-issued RMA number and return documentation.

Requesting a Return

To request approval for a return, please contact us through our Contact Page or via your My Account page. Please include your order number in your request.

Lost or Damaged During Return

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Ballistic Advantage is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are responsible for filing and resolving any claims with the selected shipping carrier.


Exchanges

Orders exchanged within 30 days of receipt are not subject to a restocking fee.


Apparel Policy

At this time, we are not accepting returns on apparel or merchandise.


Damaged / Lost Items

Claims for damaged, blemished, or missing items must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Please create a Help Desk Ticket through your My Account page or by using the Sign Up page. Please include clear photos of the damage.


Warranty

If you experience an issue with one of our products, please submit a Help Desk Ticket through your My Account page. If you do not have an account, please use the My Account Page.

Please include a detailed description of your issue, your name, and your order number. A technical specialist will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days. Most warranty claims are handled within 1–2 weeks.

Note: Warranty work cannot be provided if items have been altered by anyone other than Ballistic Advantage. If you have questions, please Contact Us.


Limitations of Liability

Firearms and firearm parts are inherently dangerous products. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for safe handling, legal use, and storage. Ballistic Advantage, LLC is not responsible for misuse, injury, or damage.

  • Intentional or negligent discharge
  • Improper or careless handling
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Defective, improper, reloaded, or non-standard ammunition
  • Corrosion
  • Neglect or abuse
  • Other influences beyond our direct control

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory. Ballistic Advantage, LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of property or loss of profits.

Florida Statute Warning (F.S.S. 790.175): It is unlawful to store or leave a firearm accessible to a minor.
