Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY


Cancellation Requests:

Due to our rapid order processing, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order is placed.


Return Window:

If you placed an order in error, you can return the item within 5 business days of receipt without incurring a fee, except for the original shipping charges.


Late Returns (Up to 30 days):

Orders returned beyond the initial 5-business day window, but within 30 days, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Condition of Returned Items:

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, including all packaging contents.


Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as blem), discontinued, or custom engraved/laser-etched items.


Return Shipping:

The returnee is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Process:

Applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Processing Time:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of applicable refunds.


RMA Number and Return Form:

All returns must have a Ballistic Advantage issued RMA number and include the return form to ensure proper and timely handling.


Refund Approval:

Reimbursements will only be issued for Ballistic Advantage orders.

Requesting a Return:

Contact us via our Contact Page our through your My Account Page to request approval for a return.

Please Include your order number in your communication. 

 

EXCHANGES

  • Orders exchanged within 30 days of receipt will not incur a restocking fee. To ensure your exchange is handled properly.

  • At this time we are not accepting returns on merchandise.  

 

DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

  • For claims related to product damage, blemished products, or missing items, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours upon receiving the shipment. Please create a Help Desk Ticket on your My Account page. If you don't have an account with us, complete the form on the Sign Up. Please include images of the damage.

WARRANTY

If for any reason you have a warranty issue with one of our products, please create a Help Desk Ticket on your My Account page. If you don't have an account with us, please complete the My Account Page.

Please describe your situation in detail, including your name and order number. One of our technical specialists will then review your claim and contact you within 5-7 business days. Your warranty claim will be handled within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the case. If you have images to send, please include them in your Help Desk Ticket.


PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide warranty work if your items have been altered by you or anyone other than Ballistic Advantage from their original state. Contact Us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
