Manufactured from hardened 416R stainless steel, these 9mm replacement barrels for the Hellcat platform are engineered for consistent accuracy and long-term reliability. OEM-matched critical dimensions ensure proper fit and function, while refined tolerances and optimized geometry promote smoother cycling and more consistent wear over time.

Our QPQ and PVD finishes provide outstanding protection against the elements while enhancing the barrel’s appearance. QPQ treatment improves surface hardness and wear resistance, while PVD adds a durable outer coating for excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability.
